Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect saddle can be tricky, which is why The Saddle Barn offers a return and exchange policy within 7 days of receiving your purchase.


Exchanges/Returns Process

  • Inspect upon delivery: Please inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. Any noticeable damages must be documented with the carrier before they leave. Report any discrepancies to The Saddle Barn within 3 business days. If not reported within this timeline, we will not be held responsible. Once merchandise leaves our possession, the customer is responsible for inspection prior to use.

  • All returns and exchanges must be approved: Please contact The Saddle Barn for a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any items.

  • Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will assist with replacement parts or arrange for a total replacement at no cost to you.


Please DO NOT:

  • Return any item without first receiving an RA number and return instructions.

  • Discard the original packaging or paperwork that came with your item.

  • Wait longer than 3 business days after receiving your order to report an issue.


Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Products must be undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • We make no guarantee of fit. Saddles cannot be returned due to sizing/fit issues. Please be certain of your tree size before ordering.


Fees & Costs

  • Exchanges: A 10% restocking fee applies. Customers are also responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs.

  • Returns (refunds): A 20% restocking fee applies. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Website photographs are the best representations of the products, but slight variations in color or style may occur.


We Cannot Accept Returns On:

  • Items that have been altered.

  • Items returned after 7 days of receipt.

  • Items returned without an RA number.
