Shipping Policy

  4. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at with your name and order number for assistance. Use the FedEx tracking number provided via email to monitor shipment status.
  5. Expedited orders are shipped by the next business day, and in some cases, may even be dispatched on the same day.
  6. Most East Coast and Mid-Western orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after leaving the warehouse. Orders west of the Rockies usually reach their destination in 3-5 business days.
  7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not allowed due to the size of the majority of our orders. Provide a physical address for timely delivery.
  8. International orders are processed similarly to domestic orders, with potential additional import fees such as VAT. These charges are separate from our prices and are handled by your local customs office.
